I am available for virtual school visits or in-person weekend events within a 100-mile radius of Asheville, North Carolina. In-person visits beyond the 100-mile radius are considered on a case-by case basis. Any book sales need to go through a local bookstore or gift shop. World Read Aloud Day: On the first Wednesday of February, many authors are available to read one of their books (or a chapter in one of their books) to students across the United States. I typically offer FREE virtual 20-minutes sessions that include an introduction, reading of one of my picture books, and a brief Q&A time to allow students to get to know me and the publishing process a little bit better. This year, I will be offering readings of either MOON TREE (Grades 2-5) or M IS FOR MASON JAR (Grades PreK-1). Bookings begins in November.
