I love dreaming about where I want to be and making a plan to get there. But so often, life just doesn’t turn out like we planned, does it? Speed bumps slow us down. We run into detours and roadblocks on our journey to where we want to be. 

Christmas can magical–but it’s also filled with a lot of pressure to get “all the things” done. And if you are already running low on energy, just thinking about the holidays is exhausting.
